I attended the training also.  This is very well written and clear.  My experience is similar but there is a time lag between when I left this field behind (circa 1985) and now.  Global warming was considered speculation and I was met with considerable &#039;skepticism&#039; at best.
But now we have the web to support us and a much better grasp of the facts.
