Just a Single Sheet of Paper

Peter Callesen, a Danish artist, creates beautiful pieces with the simplest of tools: just a single sheet of paper and a very careful knife. By bending, folding, and gluing the paper, Callesen can recreate his own fairytale-inspired imagination in the limited world of A4; everything from skeletons and butterflies to castles and spiders rise from the page.

Initially, though I was impressed with Callesen’s work, I had a suspicion I might be able to recreate some of his designs. Long story short: I’m still very impressed with his work and my fingers are all gluey.

i tried the single corrugation thing but that was a flat sheet. but i ve to make a shell structure out of it which requires height. n load has to transfer through a point loads…so how to give it d curvature like it shows in th white picture?
