Is it a lack of initiative from our government? That lifestyle changes take time? That the market and public services do not yet know or reflect the public&#039;s wants?

Or are we making eco-friendly decisions individually despite the fact that the outside world (and perhaps even we) are unaware that others are doing the same?</description>
