Is it a lack of initiative from our government? That lifestyle changes take time? That the market and public services do not yet know or reflect the public's wants? Or are we making eco-friendly decisions individually despite the fact that the outside world (and perhaps even we) are unaware that others are doing the same? So then the real question is why, if the general public seems educated on the issue and willing to do something about it, aren’t we working together to help ourselves?
