iPod talk Concept

March 17th, 2006

Unfortunately not (yet?) real, this concept idea by Biscuitus looks, feels, and breathes Apple + that iconic sense of design that has the world drooling. From the image page:

this was brought on by my disappointment with the motorola design, and i always wanted a rotary cell phone.
This almost gets me excited at the prospect of viewing microscopic videos and listening to expensive, impulsively downloaded music on a cell phone for the sole reason that the economy wants you to keep buying more of the damn things. Almost…

Thoughts?

I’ve been watching movies and listening to music on my Treo 650 for at least a year now. While the Tungsten TX has a nicer screen, I always have my cellphone with me, and a couple of 2GB SD cards have plenty of room for movies & TV shows on those long days bouncing through airports.

Hmm – I’ve always kind of wanted a cell phone which does less – you know? But I’m probably in the minority there…

The intrusiveness of a telephone coupled with the immersiveness of music. What could possibly be more annoying?

Why dont Apple use consumers to develop their product?
