To combat CO2 emissions and global warming, TerraPass offers negative 12,000 lbs CO2 for $49.95 a year. They sell packages of CO2 credits for a variety of car types and makes, allowing you to offset your (sometimes necessary) driving habits’ carbon emissions. You also get a nice decal.

Wait, does this makes sense? They aren’t literally removing carbon from the air, but they do fund projects to reduce carbon emissions by measurable amounts in the areas of wind energy, biomass, and industrial efficiency.
