This is really neat. Trying to find a rhyme and reason behind color associations has always been a fascination of mine ever since finding Goethe’s Theory of Colors.
sorta worries me, tho, as this reminds me of pantone’s campaign to predict / control the color market each year. it’s worth examining but the danger is that it works to kill off and monopolize creativity.
