The New Belgium Brewery in Fort Collins, Colorado makes a beer called Loft, with “uplifting zest . . . and a mouth feel as big as the sky”, in honor of their 100% wind-powered facility. New Belgium also makes the popular Fat Tire beer.

In fact, they are not entirely wind-powered; they also use methane given off by their water treatment facility, where their wastewater is cleaned and reused (though not in new beer). They’re a pretty good all around company, and their beers are terrific.
