Colour Lovers

Following up our post on Return of Design’s color swatch site, here’s a site that goes further, allowing users to come up with their own colors, color sets, and so on. Colors are named, and you can see favorite color sets as well as what other sets a particular color has appeared in. Excellently done – lots of personality, and more democratic!

i love the fact that each of these colors does not seem to be created by the company (like with Pantone) but rather designed by individuals, given an accurate name for the random numbers, and then shared with the world.
What a wonderful way to spread, explore, and share creativity!
