Here’s another keyboard: this one has nothing on its keys. The company claims not being able to look at the keys makes you type faster. Not to mention the added bonus of how frickin’ badass it would make you look. Especially if you typed in Dvorak.

Whoa, last night after reading this post I had a dream that I was using one of these. What does it mean?
Let me find my credit card.

wow – from their site:
Individually Weighted Keyswitches
Most keyboards use a standard 55 grams of force required to register every key, Das Keyboard has 5 different levels of force. The keys are divided into groups and their feedback springs are weighted differently; from 35 grams to 80 grams, which correspond to the strength of the finger that touches the keys. The result is more comfort for your hands.

A couple of months ago, I tried switching over to Dvorak and wanted to pull my keys and rearrange them to help me learn the new letter positions. ... but as it turns out, my laptop has one of those annoying little nub-style mice in the center between the G and the H. About halfway through replacing the letters, I realized the I wouldn’t be able to put the new letters in place because of the cut-away needed for the center keys… I caved and went back to QWERTY …for now…
