Is this an interface you think we’ll use? ...will the English typing world ever transition away from QWERTY?
What other applications can you imagine for this sort of interface?

Also, something about those keyboards just strikes me as wrong. Why are we using advanced technology to mimic something that’s over 100 years old? I’m certain there’s better ways, but this might work as an intermediate step.

yah? don’t we have ergonomics and DVORAK to tell us this system isn’t so hott.
(although I do have to note, much of technology tries to mimic things 100+ years old to good effect. i mean Nature and the Romans both got quite a few things down solid.)

i anyway like the idea of ‘speaking to type’ much cooler than this interface, not that this may not be useful for something else (e.g. visual music, surgery maybe? : )
