		<description>i do have to commend Microsoft for their &lt;a HREF="http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/homeusers/defaultm.mspx" rel="nofollow"&gt;Start Something&lt;/A&gt; Program: encouraging people, especially youngsters, to create by providing a highly publicized public forum for their work.

To be fair, this can be looked at in the same vein. Check out their &lt;a HREF="http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/press/2005/Apr05/04-18StartSomethingPR.asp" rel="nofollow"&gt;press release&lt;/A&gt;.</description>

On second thought I take that back, since they're "not planning" on full CSS support in IE 7.  Does that make me a nerd?</description>
