This sculpture in Manchester is crazy; it looks like it can’t exist but it does. Totally non-organic and interruptive…I love it. Plus it’s big and dangerous and spiky—totally gonzo-gearhead-esque!

Reminds me of this Swiss artist who is a “light artist”, projecting different colored light onto large castles and the like. I’ll have to go dig to find his name. I’ll be back!
